Yum, doesn't that taco look delicious? It'was! Day 75 -- only 290 days to go! That's sad. Taco #1: black beans, mild, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole; Taco #2: white rice, chorizo (1st time), mild, sour cream, lettuce; Taco #3: brown rice, chicken (my fav meat), mild, sour cream, lettuce. I dig the crunchy tacos.
