At a Chipotle near you in Minnesota, they may be serving nachos! They are in White Bear Lake & Stillwater. That’s just what I had for Day 117. I’ll get them again. It’s been great to try new things, and explore the options that I hadn’t when I wasn’t eating Chipotle once a day for one year. I fed my face today with chips, white rice, chicken, queso, mild, sour cream, and lettuce. Who knows what I’ll get tomorrow...we both will in about 12 hours.
