On the weekend, you can find many educators all over the world - at home or at school - preparing lessons, student schedules, meetings, catching up on documentation, etc. for the day(s)/week(s) ahead.

Steady progress forward, yet already feeling behind; losing in the race against the clock as we approach our first day with students on August 28th. Please tell me I’m not the only one who feels like I’m doing the task list of two full-time people? Do people in & outside of education feel this weight? My processing speed is slower than average, & I put a lot of effort into doing something precise the first time, so that’s a factor. I’m excited to have fun with my students & staff; let’s crush it this 2019-2020 school year! 🤗✋🏼
