Students, I see you.

ECC Day 231: “Students, I see you.”

•To the student who is feeling stress from family, friends, school, athletics, the world, I see you. Seek out support. You’re not alone. Practice self-care to soothe your mind and body. Take a break, recognize your limits, and keep trying your best.

•To the student who is having a hard time seeing where you fit in and can stand out as unique in this world, I see you. Find your tribe. They are around, ready to embrace and be embraced by you. You may be surprised to find healthy ways that you can live how you want to live.

•To the student whose parents do not accept all of who you are, I see you. I love you. I accept you. Find comfort and strength within yourself, and from those you trust, who do accept you.

•To you, I am here if you need someone to listen, help you problem-solve, and see the strengths you bring to this world by being your authentic self. Stay true to you; that’s where you may find the most enjoyment in this beautiful and complex life.

Support students’ mental health by donating to the ECC Fundraiser @gofundme OR www.educatorcc.com
