ECC Day 214: “We Be Huggin’”

Studies have shown that hugging can help you feel happier. “Oxytocin is a chemical in our bodies that scientists sometimes call the ‘cuddle hormone.’ This is because its levels rise when we hug, touch, or sit close to someone else. Oxytocin causes a reduction in blood pressure and of the stress hormone norepinephrine.” @healthline

I’m a hugger. Bring it in, salad bowl with chicken, mild salsa, sour cream, and guaca-MOLEEEE!

🤗

That yawn is NOT because I’m tired of Chipotle; I’m tired from all the fun I’m having on this journey of the Educator Chipotle Challenge...and life!
