Me mates and I had NO fun tonight recording an Educator Shout Out Interview. NONE. Diddly-squat. Yea, right - so much fun! Today marks Day 62 of the ECC and the 10th ESOI. Burritos were enjoyed by all. I clawed my way through the brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, sour cream, and lettuce in mine.
