You don't see here - but can see on Instagram (@educatorcc) - that I enjoyed a slim burrito with a small scoop of brown rice, chicken, mild and corn salsa, sour cream, and cheese. It doesn't get old, folks. I will be very grateful when I can round it out with romaine lettuce again. Only three days remain in double digits. This. Is. Happening.
